En confirmant votre commande, vous reconnaissez avoir pris connaissance des présentes conditions générales de vente et les accepter dans leur intégralité.

* PRODUITS ET TARIFS *
Les pièces vendues sur www.mochileraeditions.com sont imaginées et créées par Pauline Buzaré.
Les pièces sont présentées par une photographie et un texte descriptif. Les photographies se veulent le plus fidèles possibles aux produits mais les couleurs peuvent varier d’un écran d’ordinateur à un autre. Les pièces sont réalisées minutieusement à la main en utilisant des matériaux achetés neufs ou chinés. Les pièces sont conçues en exemplaire unique ou en série très limitée.

Les prix sont en Euros, TTC et hors frais de port. Les frais de port varient en fonction du poids et du volume des produits et sont indiqués à l’acheteur avant l’envoi du produit.

* PAIEMENT *
Le site www.mochileraeditions.com acceptent les modes de paiement par virement.

Si vous souhaitez recevoir une facture, merci d’en faire la demande dès que vous avez réglé votre commande en envoyant un mail dans la rubrique CONTACT.

* LIVRAISON *
Le site www.mochileraeditions.com expédie les produits dans le monde entier. Les commandes sont expédiées dans les 2 jours ouvrables par La Poste en lettre suivie dès réception du paiement. Un numéro de suivi du colis vous sera adressé par mail.

Merci de bien vérifier l’adresse de livraison afin que votre commande arrive à bonne destination. Vous serez tenu pour responsable en cas d’erreur. 

Les frais de livraison incluent également les frais d’emballage.

* DÉLAI DE RÉTRACTATION *
En application de l’article L.120-20 du code de la consommation, l’acheteur dispose d’un délai de 7 jours ouvrables pour retourner à ses frais les articles ne lui convenant pas, pour un échange ou un remboursement. Ce délai court à compter du jour de réception de la commande. Tout retour devra être signalé au préalable par mail dans la rubrique CONTACT. Ce droit de rétractation s’exerce sans pénalité, à l’exception des frais d’envoi et de retour. Les articles devront être renvoyés dans leur emballage d’origine, en parfait état de revente. Dans le cas contraire, les produits ne seront ni remboursés, ni repris, ni échangés. Dans l’hypothèse de l’exercice du droit de rétractation l’acheteur a le choix de demander soit le remboursement des sommes versées, soit l’échange du produit. Dans ce cas, la réexpédition se fera aux frais de l’acheteur.

By confirming your order, you acknowledge having read these general conditions of sale and accept them in their entirety.

* PRODUCTS AND PRICES *

The pieces sold on www.mochileraeditions.com are imagined and created by Pauline Buzaré. The pieces are presented by a photograph and a text. The photographs intend to be as faithful as possible but the colors may vary from one computer screen to another. The pieces are made meticulously by hand using materials purchased new or found. The pieces are designed as a single copy or in a very limited series.

Prices are in Euros, all taxes included and excluding shipping costs. The shipping costs vary according to the weight and volume of the products and are indicated to the buyer before sending the product. 

* PAYMENT *

The website www.mochileraeditions.com accepts payment by transfer.

If you wish to receive an invoice, please request it as soon as you have paid for your order by sending an email in the CONTACT section.

* DELIVERY *

The website www.mochileraeditions.com ships products worlwide. The orders are sent within 2 working days with a tracking number upon receipt of payment. You will receive the tracking number by email. 

Please check your delivery details to make sure that your order is sent to the right address. You will be held responsible for any errors.

Shipping costs also include packaging costs.

* RETURN POLICY *

In application of the article L.120-20 of the code of the consumption, the purchaser has a period of 7 working days to return at his expenses the articles which do not suit him/her, for an exchange or a refund. This period starts from the day of receipt of the order. Any return must be reported in advance by email in the CONTACT section. There is no penalty to return the product except for the shipping and return costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging, in perfect condition for resale. Otherwise, the products will not be refunded, taken back or exchanged. If the item looks in a good condition, the buyer has the choice of requesting either the reimbursement of the sum paid, or the exchange of the product. In this case, the return will be at the buyer’s expense.

The personal informations collected from buyers are essential for the processing and delivery of orders. They are kept confidential.
